Is there a limit to how many design requests I can have?

No, once subscribed, you can request as many designs as you'd like. Just bear in mind that each request will be taken one at a time, and the finished designs will be delivered one by one.

How long does it take to get my designs?

Usually requests are completed in 48 hours or less. However, other requests can take much longer please look at this link to learn more.

What type of requests can I make?

Well, pretty much everything in terms of graphic design and or development depending on the plan you choose, but see this list to learn more about the work we do and the estimated time to completion.

Are there any refunds?

Yes, we have a 7-day money back gurantee.

What if I only need a couple of requests or I dont need the entire month?

If you're looking for flexibility, we offer a Pay as you Go feature for $100 per hour for any design or development request. Alternatively, you can subscribe to one of our monthly plans and pause it whenever you need. We understand life can throw you curveballs and have had clients in the past that have benefited from this option.

What programs do we use to design or what files will I get?

We use the Adobe Creative Cloud
We're talking Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Premiere and After Effects.

For development we can provide Static HTML/ CSS or publish your site for you on Webflow or Shopify.

For app development we currently use Flutter.

You'll get production level PDFs and the working files.

What if I dont like the designs?

We are committed to getting your brand to where it needs to be and welcome your feedback. We'll make as many revisions as necessary to get it just right. If you're not happy with our results, we offer a 7-day money back guarantee so you can request a refund.

Does Hueman offer a printing service?

Unfortunately, we don't offer printing services directly, but we do have plenty of connections to premium print services. If you need your designs printed, we can arrange for them to be sent directly to your address.

How can we contact Hueman?

Once you subscribe, you'll be able to access a member-only dashboard for all your design and revision requests. It's personalized to your brand and made just for you. Unfortunately, once the subscription ends, you won't have access to the dashboard.

If you need to access any designs that you've already paid for, simply email info@hueman.design and we'll provide a WeTransfer or Google Drive link with the requested files at no extra cost.

What payment methods you accept?

We use a payment processor called Stripe it accepts a wide range of payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club, and more.

What location are you based in?

We are a fully-remote team we have team members all over the United States, but our main offices are located in Atlanta Georgia and El Paso Texas.
